Appointments are reserved especially for you so we do ask that you give 24 hours advance notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be billed to your credit card at 50% of the service rate.

We offer exchange or credit for any products purchased within 10 days. If you are not pleased with a service, notify us within one week and we will provide a complimentary technical adjustment. All services must be paid in full immediately after the service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Checks are accepted with proper I.D. Return checks are an inconvenience. A $30 service fee plus any bank charges will be assessed.


In order to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you turn off cell phones upon entering our salon.

Spa Arrival

A visit to the spa is a relaxing and refreshing experience for both men and women. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to change, a robe and slippers are provided for your spa experience, and begin to relax with our complimentary foot soak. As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time.

Please arrive comfortably dressed and remove all jewelry and valuables prior to your visit. All our therapists are trained to ensure your comfort at all times. Our therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures to ensure your privacy. However, undergarments may be worn during treatments if you wish.
